As governments aim to build back better in response to COVID-19, infrastructure investments present an immediate opportunity to address the shadow pandemic of violence against women and girls. In partnership with UNICEF, the Criterion Institute is developing and will pilot a methodology to integrate violence prevention into the design, implementation, and monitoring of all infrastructure projects.
